Intercontinental Phnom Penh

While wandering the streets, buildings, alleys and landmarks of Phnom Penh she discovers new connections and synchronicities. Bold, bright colors and metallic paints on canvas and paper depict the rapidly changing urban scene of the city, acknowledging the people that fuel this change.  The exhibition constructs and deconstructs glimpses of their everyday life – a paused moment of reality – a hybrid of traditional life and emerging Phnom Penh.
Deconstruct + produces a coherent creative immersion and importance of the people contributing to and coping with the rapid changes amidst a building boom and a city racing to meet the 21st century
